Binion's > Excalibur in it's worseness.
For some reason I would have to put the Golden Nugget in there.
Binion's is not even close to the worst. It has a ton of character and the dealers in the pit are awesome.
I think the list is actually pretty good. The best so far. Although that's not saying much... buh buhm buhm ching
