Huge Eagles fan as you know, and I agree that they are obviously better than their record indicates. However, the fact remains that this Eagles team is going to have to find a way to get into the postseason ahead of the two losers of DAL / NYG / WAS in the east, DET and CHI in the north, and ATL / TB in the south. If they can't pass five of those six teams, they won't be in the playoffs this year, and given the 2-4 start it is hard to see that happening in the short NFL season. I think #6 is a tad high for this team given the way they have started off now through Week 7 of the regular season.

Do you think their best chance to make the playoffs is as a wildcard, or by winning the division?

Winning the division. I don't think the Giants (hardest remaining schedule in the league, easiest so far) or Skins (zero talent on offense) has much of a shot so it should come down to Dallas & Philly and the Eagles are just a game behind the 'Boys and may make that up Sunday night.

Sunday night may be the biggest game of the season so far. Only one which compares was last week's Houston @ Tennessee.
