A Bit of Controversy

The "Ranking the Rounders" piece has generated quite a bit of interest and debate amongst the 2k regulars, thanks to gossip queen Jason Strasser spreading the thing around like wind spreads a wildfire. Well, I'm glad it's being discussed, and glad people have a lot to say about it. I hope they keep talking about it and post comments on this blog. A few notes on the rankings:

1) There is zero data backing up any of the rankings.
2) The rankings are based almost 100% on my personal opinions.
3) The rankings, especially the lower section of the "good" players, were thrown together rather hastily.
4) Many players, even those who play quite a bit, were forgotten.
5) Some of the players listed in the "bad" may actually be winning players; I really have no idea. Some of the "good" players may actually be losing players.
