are you serious about the microbrewery idea? I have a guy who wants to partner with me in Oregon to do the same thing. His beer has won awards at beer tasting competitions in Denver. I am still looking at the numbers. Definitely a tough business though probably not as tough as professional poker

I like where this blog and your life is heading Tom. I can imagine stories from beer contests will be at least as exciting for all of us as sitting and eating with locals in Nebraska at 3 AM. Do you need any beer tasters?

Tom, we all know that once the WSOP comes around you will be itching to get back in the action. Thats when his "retirement" ends. Some advice though is to skip the tournaments minus the main event and a few others and play cash games Tom. That is your bread and butter, somewhere you forgot that. Playing the circuit and experiencing the heartbreak that comes with tournament poker has crushed your spirit. The remedy is to get back to where you first built up your roll at the cash tables. Cya there in June.

Sounds like a good plan, anonymous, but the glory days of the Party 10-20 are gone.

So the question is, are you going to be in Vegas on June 23rd and 24th or in Fort Collins for the Colorado Brewer's Festival?
